Have you ever felt a disconnection between where you are now and who you intuitively know you are, only catching glimpses of your true self? 


Today, I felt guided to remind you of the person you truly are. Each of us can experience glimpses of our higher selves, moments when we feel at peace with ourselves, our relationships, and circumstances. Yet, we are constantly trying to bridge the gap between where we currently are and who we know we can be.


In this episode, I share my personal experience with understanding how to bridge this gap and why negative emotions about yourself, others, and the environment may be holding you back from the woman and life and career you want now. My hope is that you'll take back your power and align your thoughts, so instead of experiencing glimmers of your true self, you'll become her as you focus on creating a positive, abundant, and expansive life now.

  • A practical way you can pivot negative emotions: using a journal to express gratitude and envision the positive outcomes you desire.


As you listen, remember that the journey back to yourself is a beautiful lifelong process. Alignment comes when we intentionally treat each negative emotion as a stepping stone to the person we’ve always wanted to become. When we move our emotions to a good and positive place, our intuition can work miracles and guide us where we need to go. As always, give yourself permission to embrace self-compassion with each step toward a more meaningful life experience.
